Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I make my booking ?
    You can message my Facebook page, Instagram page, or send us a booking form from the booking page on the website. If you have special features you want to discuss you can message me directly !
  • Where can the party be held ?
    Virtually anywhere ! So long as there is enough room for guests and our princesses to move, and weather is nice to us, we can perform inside the home, or outside in a garden ! An electrical outlet may be required for our speaker systems in an emergency.
  • Where are you located ?
    We are located in Dunstable in Bedfordshire and we cover all around the Bedfordshire area ! Covering some areas, in St Albans and Hertfordshire ! If you require services outside of these zones, then feel free to message and we can try and sort something out !
  • What ages work best for your parties ?
    We cater for any and all ages for those who love princesses and bringing magic to life ! For some of our party games, we consider the ages 4 and above to work best for children to understand and be able to get along just fine ! Younger children are more than welcome to be catered for, just let us know in the booking form what ages are present and we can adapt some games to work best for them !
  • How early should I book ?
    As early as possible is preferred so you can ensure your date, time and character is secured, but should we have a quiet day, we may be able to squeeze you in on short notice !
  • What if a child misbehaves ?
    Good behaviour from the children is required at all parties. Normally, there is no problem as the children are normally very excited to meet their favourite characters and are very polite, however if a child does behave in a manner that is unacceptable and disrupting the flow of the party, it is the parent/carers responsibility to provide the appropriate disciplinary action. Our performers are trained to stay in character at all time, so to 'tell a child off' would be breaking character and also breaking the magic
  • How much room is needed for an event/party ?
    The performer will need, ideally, a space large enough to cater all the party guests sitting in a circle - so a large hall or an outdoor space (weather permitting) would be great ! However an ordinary room with furniture pushed to the side will be just fine !
  • Do I need to provide anything ?
    The performer will bring everything they need to hold a full party, including stickers, prizes, game equipment, glitter tattoos and any other activities. In an emergency scenario we may need to ask for a plug socket. If a table and a couple of chairs are available for glitter tattoos then that would be lovely, but we are able to do these on the floor if none are available ! We do not provide party room decorations or a cake.
  • How can I prepare for the arrival of my princess ?
    For our Fairytale visits, we can turn up at any point in the party, but we would suggest you book us for the end of the party if you would like to us to present the cake to the birthday child and sing Happy Birthday. For our Perfect Party packages, we would suggest all guests to arrive 15-20 minutes before the entertainer to ensure everyone has arrived so we can immediately begin the fun games with everyone !
