Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions each client must adhere to when booking a party or event with Little Tiaras Princess Parties. Once a deposit has been paid, the client, whose name is on the booking form, has automatically  agreed to these conditions.

Booking

Your booking will not be confirmed until a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your package price is made through Paypal or Bank Transfer - only then will we secure your date and time. The remaining balance of your package must be paid no later than 1 week before the date of your event. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in your booking being forfeited.

Bookings made on a 7 day or less notice period must be paid in full in order to secure your date and time.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

After your event date and time has been confirmed by way of the first deposit, you are able to reschedule or postpone your event (subject to availability), until 7 days before your event. Further bookings are made according to your original information (character, time etc), unless stated otherwise.

Once the full payment has been made, cancellations or changes cannot be made, nor can a refund be given.

If situations arise and we cancel your booking, a full refund will be given.

Travel arrangements

We travel to the parties via car, meaning we have to pay for fuel. For parties within 15 miles of our base postcode, fuel is included in the price of the package; for parties outside of the 15 miles, a travelling fee may incur - please contact us for more information. We also ask that you provide us with any parking arrangements that are slightly out of view from any windows of the venue in order to keep the magic alive and not have the performer seen by their car. In addition to this point, we politely ask that you do not bring any children out to meet the performer by their cars, once again to maintain the magic!

At the party

At the event, we require at least one adult present at all times to deal with unruly behaviour towards our performers. There will always be a Magical Assistant with us at the parties but parents/guardians are ultimately in control of keeping the children from boisterous behaviour towards our performers.​

For our Fairytale Visit packages, we have a capacity of 10 children per performer as they are smaller, more personal visits. For our Perfect Party packages, we have a maximum of 15 children per performer.

We strongly suggest turning off bouncy castles while our entertainers are performing to ensure less background noise and distractions to the children. We understand that it isn't always possible to deflate bouncy castles, or pack away soft play equipment, in these scenarios we will attempt to work with the extra entertainment.
